What is the place value relationship when the same two digits are next to each other

If your number is 333, starting from the right 003 is your 1's.  The next 033, the middle 3 is your tens and the first 3 in 333 is your hundreds.  Start from right and you have 1's, 10's, 100's, 1000's, etc.
