The slope will always be rise over run.
Here the line goes up 1 and over 6 until the next point on the graph were both the x and y are whole numbers.
The equation for this like is y=1/6x

B - y=1/6x

This is because when x=6 , y=1 which means that y is 1/6 of x. You can see the relationship all the way across the linear graph.
