- 4(1/2)x - (3/7) = (1/4)
- 4(1/2)x = (1/4) + (3/7)
- (9/2)x = (7+12)/28
-(9/2)x = 19/28
x = (19/28) * 2 / 9
x = (19/14) / 9
x = 19 / (14*9)
x = 19 / 126
