Why is 11.6>11.3 on a number line

11.6 is greater than 11.3 because it is .3 bigger. Written as fractions these two numbers would be
11 (6)/(10) and
11 (3)/(10). Seeing the numbers in fraction form makes it easier to see that 11.6 is larger than 11.3
