1) When we talk about a down payment we are referring to a payment done at the moment of purchase. In this case, the down payment is $30.

2) The other part of the cost is dependent on the number of bouquets.

3) Therefore, we can write out the following model, a linear one for this:


C(b)=3.25b-30

All that is necessary is to plug into b the number of bouquets.

Thus, this is the answer.
