A = bh

b=5(2)/(3)=(5\cdot3+2)/(3)=(17)/(3)\\\\h=4(4)/(5)=(4\cdot5+4)/(5)=(24)/(5)\\\\A=(17)/(3)\cdot(24)/(5)=(17)/(1)\cdot(8)/(5)=(17\cdot8)/(1\cdot5)=(136)/(5)=27.2

Answer: A = 27.2.

This parallelogram has an area of 27.17.

To find this you use the formula a = bh

So when you fill in base (b) and height (h) with the values provides you get the formula a = 5.66 x 4.8 then you just multiply those two numbers together. If you don't understand any part of this, please let me know and I will explain in more detail.
