y = 2x + 3 - it's a linear function

for x = 0 → y = 2 · 0 + 3 = 3 ⇒ A(0; 3)

for x = -2 → y = 2 · (-2) + 3 = -4 + 3 = -1 ⇒ B(-2;-1)
