I believe the answer is: D. Colonists would have to provide living quarters to British soldiers, even in private homes.


Prior to this act, the non-British soldiers had to stay on isolated islands or by using camps on the street. After this act was created, the non-British soldiers also had the right to live in more appropriate living situation just like british soldiers (like hotels or empty buildings)
