Code of Hammurabi is example of a moral code
Hammurabi was a king of the first Babylonian dynasty
A comparison of this code, with that of the Hebrew system in terms of both similarities and differences, suggests a number of interesting things.

I believe the answer is: code of Hammurabi

The code of Hammurabi is made by King Hammurabi as a law to punish the citizens that did 'morally wrong actions'. The punishment in the king Hammurabi tend to adopt 'eye for an eye' philosophy. (for example, if you were caught stealing, your hand would be chopped off.
