limitation of using electron microscopes to view specimens is that
You cannot view live specimens because the necessary preparation kills cells
The cells are also large in size so i conclude
option C is correct because while putting the cells under microscope they will be killed while preparing the
hope it helps

The correct answer is
C. You cannot view live specimens because the necessary preparation kills cells.
The answer is pretty self-explanatory. Unlike it, regular microscopes can view living creatures such as bacteria or similar.
