The range of the given set of ordered pairs is the list or a set containing the values of the second element (y) or the ordinate. From the given, the values of the ordinates are -2, 2, -4, and 2. To write only the number once, the answer would be -4, -2, 2. The answer is the fourth choice.

The range is all the y values.
Therefore, the range is : {-4,-2,2}.....I realize choice c has all the y values listed, however, if u have repeating y values, u only have to list it once.
