Dan and barney are members of different video game libraries. Dan pays a membership fee of $35, and he pays $4 for every video game he rents. The following function shows the total amount of money, y, in dollars, that Barney pays for renting x number of money of video game: y=3x +30. How many more dollars does Dan pays for a membership fee than Barney

He pays fees for each game = $4

If he rents x games.

So, fees for x games = $4x

So, Dan's total cost :
y= 4x+35

Barren's total cost :
y=3x+30

So, this equation shows that Barrens pays rent for each game = $ 4

His membership fees = $30

So, Daren pays more membership fee than Barren by = $35-$30 = $5

Thus , Daren pays $5 more for membership fee than Barren .
