Prokaryotic cells are known as the most primitive cells. They do not have a certain nucleus. The chromatin bodies are scattered in the cytoplasm. Eukaryotic cells, on the other hand, has a definite nucleus. Their chromatin bodies is covered with a nuclear membrane. They have a more organized structure that the former.
