Columbus's arrival in the America's affected the Native Americans in a very negative manner, bringing war and disease. It affected the Africans because it resulted in slavery in U.S, and it affected the Europeans by giving them new land to settle on.

Answer:

When Christopher Columbus discovered America in 1492, he introduced the Columbian exchange. Along with discovering America and exchanging goods, European introduced diseases like smallpox, typhus, measles, and cholera. The native Americans were not immune to it, which resulted in death and decline of ancient civilizations. African were captured and forced into slavery, which introduced the slave trade in the America continent. European affected as they established colonies in the New World.
