Diet with osteoporosis should contain calcium and D vitamin.So you can drink three glasses of milk,200g fat quark.It's good to eat 4 times a day.Each should contain dairy,fruits or vegetables.You can eat wheat bread.

You should do jogging,swimming,dancing,walking ( in general).Straining muscles.
