The fixed monthly service charge is $12.50.

For peak hours charge is $0.50 per hour.

For off peak hours charge is $0.30 per hour.

Determine the phone call for 43 calls during pek hours and 14 call during off peak hours.


\begin{gathered} T=12.50+0.50\cdot43+0.30\cdot14 \\ =12.50+21.5+4.2 \\ =38.20 \end{gathered}

Thus, phone bill for march month is $38.20.
