Ese, Este, Aquel, Esta, Esos, Estos, Esa, Estas, Aquella, Aquellos, Aquellas, and Esas.

7: Like other adjectives in Spanish, demonstrative adjectives must agree in gender and number with the noun they modify.

Example: Este is male. Esta is female and they both mean the word this. They can also be plural.

Estos for males and Estas for females and they both mean these but must agree with number and gender.
