one circle has a circumference of 12 pi . another circle has a circumference of 32 pi . what is the ratio of the radius of the smaller circle to the radius of the larger circle?

circumference=pi * 2 radius=12pi, radius(small)=6;
circumference=pi * 2 radius=32pi, radius(small)=16;
6:16=3:8
