If one vehicle is towing another by chains of a chain, then the chain, cable, or a rope has to be displayed so as to be used as the towing connection.
There must be a flag which is twelve inches square which is being attached to it.
The flag is to show that there is a vehicle which is being towed by another and it can be dangerous this is because of other road users to be aware.
