Question #1. The sum of any number times 11 that is 2 digits, would be the same the same number twice. For an example, 11 x 2 = 22. 11 x 3 = 33. 11 x 4 = 44. 11 x 5 = 55. 11 x 6 = 66. etc.

Question #3. 70 chews in 100 seconds. Explanation 42 / 60 = 0.7.
0.7 x 100 = 70.
