It is (2/3d)^3
Make sure the exponent is on the outside. This is because you are raising 2/3d. Not just D

Answer: The algebraic expression would be
(2)/(3)d^{(1)/(3)}

Explanation:

Since we have given that

'two thirds of a number (d) to the third power'

Two thirds is represented as

(2)/(3)

Two thirds of a number (d) is represented as

(2)/(3)* d\\\\=(2)/(3)d

thirds of a number (d) to the third power is represented as

(2)/(3)d^{(1)/(3)}

Hence, the algebraic expression would be
(2)/(3)d^{(1)/(3)}
