y=2x-3 by arranging
and y= 3x-4
so it shows that y= 2x-3 and 3x-4 so these both values are same we supposed because both are equal to y. so option b is correct

y+3 = 2x
y = 2x-3
y+4 = 3x
y = 3x-4
therefore, 2x-3 = 3x-4
answer is B
