9.87-9.67/9.81*100 percent



= 0.2 / 9.87 *100 percent

= 0.020

in order to calculate this, you need to solve :


(9.87 - 9.67)/(9.87) x 100 %

= 0.2 / 9.87 x 100 %

= 2.02 %
