The U.S government expand the rights of people with disabilities in the 1960s and 1970s with : C. Congress passed laws guaranteeing disabled persons to access education

Prior to this law, a lot of disabled people have to suffer through miss of opportunities because they didn't get a proper education which make them unable to compete in job search
