Reaches the bottom of the hill.
Energy cannot be created during an ordinary chemical reaction. Energy is used up during an explosion. There is more energy after a chemical reaction than before the reaction. When water melts, energy is created in the form of heat.

a roller coaster reaches its maximum kinetic energy when it : A. reaches the bottom of the hill

It will reach its maximum kinetic energy at the point where it reach maximum speed. Due to the help of Gravity, it reach maximum speed when it reach the bottom of a hill (the speed will be reduced when the Roller Coaster is going up)

hope this helps
