The right option is; D) urethra.

After leaving the vas deferens, sperm cells pass through the urethra

Sperm cells are formed in the testes and are transported through the reproductive ducts (epididymis, vas deferens, ejaculatory duct and urethra). After sperm cells are produced in the testes, it is transported to the epididymis. From the epididymis, it travels through the vas deferens and then through the ejaculatory duct. After that, the sperm cells moves to the urethra. The urethra is a narrow tube that conducts semen and urine from the ejaculatory ducts and bladder respectively, to the exterior of the body.
