We can use SOH, CAH and TOA, but first we must find the length of a hypotenuse:
h =
\sqrt{(-3) ^(2)+2^(2) } = √(9+4)= √(13)
sin (theta)= 2/√13
cos ( theta) = -3/√13
tan (theta) = -2/3
cot (theta ) = -3/2
sec (theta) = 1/cos(theta ) = -√13/3
csc(theta ) = 1/ sin (theta) = √13/2
