According to the lines from the Emily Dickinson's poem represented above, I can clearly see the right answer. It cannot be allusion because there is no hidden references, also I haven't noticed the paradox or alliteration tone. So I am pretty sure that the type of figurative language that these lines feature is the second option - B. Personification. Do hope it will help you.
