Perhaps 90% of the indigenous population died in the years after the arrival of Europeans and Africans to the Americas, mainly due to disease. True or false?

This is true. People from the Americas weren't accustomed to germs and bacteria and viruses that we were immune to because of years of exposure and having a different immune system. That's why things like the measles completely ravaged them while white people couldn't be attacked by them because we were immune.
