The correct answer is : a medical condition that may occur due to a chemical imbalance int he brain.

Clinical depression refers to a more severe form of depression. It is also called major depressive disorder. It is a mental disorder that is characterized by having a feeling of sadness, anger, frustration, that could get away with life. It is NOT the same as experiencing a loss of a someone or the like.
