Answer:

y > x/2 + 2

Explanation:

Firstly, we need the to find the equation of the line normally

the general form is;

y = mx + b

where m is slope and b is the y-intercept

From the graph, the y-intercept is 2

so we have the equation as;

y = mx + 2

We can find a point to substitute so as to get the slope;

we use the point (2,3)

3 = 2m + 2

2m = 3-2

2m = 1

m = 1/2

The equation of the line is;

y = x/2 + 2

Now, we can see we have a breaking line indicative of a non-equal to inequality

Also, the top is shaded meaning the points we need are above the line indicating a greater than

So, the inequality is;

y > x/2 + 2
