Answer:

Perimeter = 6+
3√(2) ft

Explanation:

Since given triangle is isosceles and right therefore two equals sides are the legs of right triangle given 3 and third side Hypotenuse say (x )

Using Pythagorean theorem , we get

x^(2) = 3^(2) +3^(2) \\ = 9 + 9 \\ = 18 \\x^2 = 18 \\

taking square root both sides ,we get

x = 3√(2)

Three sides of given triangles are

3 ft ,3ft and
3√(2)

Perimeter is given by = sum of all three sides = 3+3+
3√(2)

= 6 +
3√(2) ft

The hypotenuse is given by

3^(2) + 3^(2) =Hypotenuse squared 9+9= h^(2) h= √(18)
Perimeter=(3+3+
√(18))feet
P=6+3
√(2) ) feet
