image+
y^(2)=26

y^(2) +12x+36+ y^(2) =36
=
2y^(2) +12x+36-26=0
=
2y^(2) +12x+10=0
Product = 12
Sum= 10
factoring;
2
y^(2)+2y+10y+10=0
2y(y+1)+10(y+1)=0
(2y+10)(y+1)=0
y=-1 or 2y=-10
y=-5
x=y+6
When y =-1
x=-1+6
x=5
when y =-5
x=-5+6
x=+1
