The function that would best represent the given condition above is,
f(x) = 24 / (3x - 2)
To determine the value of f(-2), substitute -2 to all the x's in the function such that,
f(-2) = 24 / ((3)(-2) - 2) = -3
The value of f(-2) is -3.
