"I got two A's" the small boy said.

His voice was filled with glee.
His father very bluntly asked,
"Why didn't you get three?"

Mom, I've got the dishes done,"
The girl called from the door.
Her mother very calmly said,
"Did you sweep the floor?"

The children in the house next door
Seemed happy and content.
The same things happened over there,
But this is how it went:

"I got two A's" the small boy said.
His voice was filled with glee.
His father proudly said, "That's great;
I'm glad you belong to me."

"Mom, I've got the dishes done,"
The girl called from the door.
Her mother smiled and softly said,
"Each day I love you more."

Children deserve a little praise
For tasks they're asked to do,
If they're to lead a happy life,
So much depends on you.

In the poem, which child is being nurtured? What are some examples of how they are being nurtured?

In this poem, the nurtured children are those mentioned in these lines:

"I got two A's" the small boy said.
His voice was filled with glee.
His father proudly said, "That's great;
I'm glad you belong to me."

"Mom, I've got the dishes done,"
The girl called from the door.
Her mother smiled and softly said,
"Each day I love you more."

Nurture refers to the care and attention given to a child while he or she is growing or developing. Giving praises to children when they did something good is part of nurturing.

Hello!
The nurtured children are these:
"I got two A's" the small boy said. His voice was filled with glee. His father proudly said, "That's great;I'm glad you belong to me."
"Mom, I've got the dishes done,"The girl called from the door. Her mother smiled and softly said,"Each day I love you more."

They are been nurtured because their parents treat they with compliments.
Hugs!
