The answer is B because a vaccine provides immunity against a infectious disease, mainly viruses. It cannot kill viruses, prevent viruses from being transmitted from an infected person, nor can it be advanced enough to prepare the immune system to recognize viruses. It's only purpose is to protect cells from the virus from spreading throughout the body.
