Well, the syllable which is always stressed in Spanish infinitives is the last syllable, but since that is not an option here, I'd say D. it depends on the word. Some words can have the accent on the second, some on the third syllable, so it really depends on the word you are trying to find the accent to. Although it is usually the last syllable, I guess it can be one of those that come before it.
