like the previous answer's logic
see if the ratios are correct
x:y can be turned to x/y
see if the are equivilent

A. 2:3=3:2, 2/3=3/2, 0.666=1.5, false
B. 3:5=12:20, 3/5=12/20=0.6=0.6 true
C. 14:6=28:18, 14/6=28/18, 7/3=14/9, 21/9=14/9 false
D 42:7=6:2, 42/7=6/2, 6/1=3/1, false


B is the only true answer
