longest side must be less than tehh sum of the other 2 sides
we cand find
minimum value of x is if it is shortest side
max value is if it is the longest side

if shortest side
7.1<5.6+x
minus 5.6 fom both sides
1.5<x

if it is longest side
x<5.6+7.1
x<12.7

1.5<x<12.7
