Part C: Natalie can only attend a school in her designated zone. Natalie's zone is defined by y < −2x + 2. Explain how you can identify the schools that Natalie is allowed to attend. (2 points)

I see that something is missing here. It would be better if you attached the graph. But I think I can help you by giving some advices. You can find service in the Internet that builds graphs. You can input coords and then get to know how to create a system of inequalities. Sorry, but without attachment it's impossible to give exact answer.
