The given expression is 17
c^4

The meaning of term simplification is to break something into smaller parts.

If i am simplifying an integer it means i will break that integer into prime factors.

If i am simplifying an expression that is term containing a variable and constant we have to simplify Constant into prime factors and variable into lowest terms having degree 1.

17
c^4

Constant = 17 , which is a prime number. It can't be broken into prime factors.

c^4= c* c* c* c\\\\17 c^4= 17 * c * c * c* c

2. If it is→→→
_(4)^(17)\textrm{C}=(17!)/((4!)(17-4)!))=(17*16*15*14* 13!)/(4*3*2*1*13!)

=17 * 2*5* 14=238 * 10=2380
