The answer is Type 2 diabetes. Type 2 is when your body doesn't use insulin as well as it should therefore glucose can't get into the body's cells and builds up in the bloodstream instead causing damage in many areas of the body.

Type 1 diabetes is a chronic condition in which the pancreas produces little or no insulin. Insulin is a hormone needed to allow sugar (glucose) to enter cells to produce energy.
