y = mx + b
slope(m) = 1/2
(-7,5)...x = -7 and y = 5
now we sub
5 = 1/2(-7) + b
5 = - 7/2 + b
5 + 7/2 = b
10/2 + 7/2 = b
17/2 = b....

so ur equation is : y = 1/2x + 17/2...to find another point, sub in any number for x and find y.

x = 3
y = 1/2(3) + 17/2
y = 3/2 + 17/2
y = 20/2
y = 10
so another point would be : (3,10)
