Call r, the number of hours training run and s the numbers of hours training swim, then

ratio r/s = 0.75/1.25 = 0.6

r = 0.6 s

Also

r + s > 6

Draw the line r = 0.6s

draw the line r + s = 6

The solution is the line r =s from the point where in intercepts the line r + s =6 to the right (upward). Also there is a limit because the total number of hours (r + s) cannot go to infinity this is not indicated in the statements.
