The first step to solve this problem is converting the two measurements to the same unit. At the start we have the weight in pounds, while at the end we have it in oz. To convert from oz to lb we need to divide the value by 16, so we have:

\text{servings}=(3.5)/(16)=0.21875\text{ lb}

Each serving is 0.21875 lb and we have 600 servings, therefore the total weight is:

\text{final weight }=0.21875\cdot600=131.25\text{ lb}

The percentage of the weight is:

W\text{ \%}=(131.25)/(215)\cdot100=61.05\text{ \%}

The percentage is 61.05 %.
