The answer is B, repetition.
Assonance is the sound of a vowel or diphthong in nonrhyming stressed syllables near enough to each other for the echo to be audible. Repetition is where you repeat what has already been said. A simile is when you compare something to another thing of a different kind. Iambic pentameter is a line of verse with five metrical feet, each consisting of one short syllable and followed by one long syllable.
