Potential Energy = mgh, Mass = 7.5kg, g ≈ 9.8 m/s², h = 8.2 m
PE = 7.5 * 9.8 * 8.2
PE = 602.7 J.
Power = Work done / Time, Time = 30 minutes = 30*60 = 1800 seconds
Power = 602.7 J / 1800s ≈ 0.3348 Watts
Power ≈ 0.3348 Watts
