12:00AM to 8AM = 8 Hours
9:30 to 12AM = 1 Hour and 30 Mins
9 Hours = 9*60 = 480 Minutes * 60 = 28800 Seconds
30 * 60 = 1800
28800 +
1800 = 30600 seconds
