Eduardo wants to enlarge the picture shown to 4 inches by 6 inches for a school project. His school's copy machine can only enlarge up to 150% by whole number percents. He used the maximum enlargement, 150%, and was able to increase the original 2 by 3 picture to a new size of 3 inches by 4.5 inches. What percentage should he use now to enlarge the picture to 4 inches by 6 inches

It would be more simple if you've given the picture. But I think it doesn't matter. If he use twice enlargment than he gets 200%. I've counted it and get 146% and 136%. Try to check it by yourself if I'm wrong.
