5x+2y=29
x+4y=13
Let's eliminate y;
To do so, multiply equation1 by 2;
10x+4y=58
x+4y=13
Subtract equation II from equation I to get;
9x=45
x=5
To solve for y, replace value of x in equation II,
x+4y=13
5+4y=13
4y=8
y=2
